Insight Meditation The Practice of Freedom
Our classes are designed to foster personal experiences of freedom and to bring more empowerment into our daily lives. It is our deep aspiration that all beings realize the inherent goodness of their true nature and that the beautiful qualities of the human heart flourish throughout the world.
