Concentration Daylong

Allow yourself the luxury of an entire day to practice Simplicity, Relaxation, and Continuity in your meditation. The day will include sitting and walking meditation, simple instructions, eating meditation, and a dharma talk. 

If you are unable to attend the entire day, you are welcome to come for either half of the day: 9-1, or 12-4. There is no need to register for the daylong.

Please arrive by 8:45, giving yourself time to settle in before the first meditation at 9:00.
