Join a month-long conversation with IMT founder and guiding teacher Anna Douglas, Ph.D., about the nuts and bolts of Mindfulness practice, in all postures and activities. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or new to practice it is helpful to clarify instructions, ask questions, refine your understanding, and see for yourself how mindfulness is working for you.
Each class will focus on a different dimension of practice, with guidance, and plenty of time for discussion.
The series will take place over five consecutive Thursdays in July and August, at our customary meeting time and place: 6:30 - 8:00pm at the Pima Friends Meeting House, 931 N. Fifth Ave, Tucson AZ, 85705.
