“The sangha is a community where there should be harmony and peace and understanding. If love is there in the community, if we’ve been nourished by the harmony in the community, then we will never move away from love.

Break Bread with Our Sangha!
Sangha, or community, is an essential element of the Buddhist path of practice. The Buddha encouraged us to “Keep the company of wise friends.” The sense of sangha has deepened within IMT over the last few years: Our typical crowd on Thursday evenings has grown from 10 to 30; People arrive early and stay late to connect; There is an immediate and heartfelt response when a sangha-member is in need. We held our first potluck last year, and we will now continue our new tradition of organized social gathering to deepen our sense of sangha.
Time and Place
Saturday February 15, 5pm-7pm (right after the daylong). NOTE: All are welcome! Join the potluck even if you do not attend the daylong!
