Sangha-Wide Potluck

  • Pima Friends Meeting House 931 North 5th Avenue Tucson, AZ, 85705 United States (map)
The sangha is a community where there should be harmony and peace and understanding. If love is there in the community, if we’ve been nourished by the harmony in the community, then we will never move away from love.
— Thich Nhat Hanh

Break Bread with Our Sangha!

Sangha, or community, is an essential element of the Buddhist path of practice. The Buddha encouraged us to “Keep the company of wise friends.” The sense of sangha has deepened within IMT over the last few years: Our typical crowd on Thursday evenings has grown from 10 to 30; People arrive early and stay late to connect; There is an immediate and heartfelt response when a sangha-member is in need. And now for the first time, we will have an organized social gathering to further strengthen the ties of sangha.
