Riding the Waves of Change

“It is not the strongest of species that survives, nor the most intelligent that survives. It is the one that is the most adaptable to change.”

— Charles Darwin

In the good company of sangha, and led by IMT guiding teacher Anna Douglas, Riding the Waves of Change is an in-depth look at how we navigate change in our lives.

How could we think of change as an ally rather than something to resist?  Why is impermanence seen as a doorway to awakening?  How might we have a more harmonious relationship to change?  Meditation with the focus on impermanence, inquiry and deep discussion.

Suitable for experienced students.
